Job Title : Senior Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate and track business and trading metrics to monitor performance and market trends.

- Perform data analysis and provide insights through reports and dashboards.

- Develop content and reports by analyzing market movements and trading behavior.

- Communicate process updates, commissions, and trading-related information to stakeholders.

- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and analytical summaries for management review.

- Support project execution and ad-hoc analytical assignments.

- Improve processes to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Analyze revenues, trading fees, profitability, and financial performance metrics.

- Perform invoice reconciliation across systems and records.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of analytics and reporting activities.

Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Valuable understanding of trading, market trends, and business metrics.

- Experience in reporting, dashboard preparation, and MIS analysis.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in invoice reconciliation and profitability analysis is preferred.
