We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions professionally, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company standards. We are hiring for both Domestic and International process. (THIS IS A WORK FROM OFFICE JOB)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements





- Minimum SSC (10th Pass) / Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
