We are looking for an inspiring and creative Graphic Design Faculty to join our team at Dream Zone, Kasaragod. If you love design, stay updated with modern industry trends, and have a passion for mentoring students to unlock their creative potential, this role is for you.

As a faculty member, you will bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations, ensuring students graduate with strong, professional portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, practical training on graphic design concepts, color theory, typography, and visual communication.
- Teach standard design software packages in accordance with the Dream Zone curriculum.
- Guide students through live projects, assignment evaluations, and portfolio development.
- Maintain a productive, disciplined,



and creative environment during lab and practical sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to prepare students for corporate placements and freelance opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of core design software is mandatory:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe InDesign
- Preferred Advantage: Working knowledge or familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and wireframing principles.
- Education: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or professional certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a design trainer or industry professional is preferred. Talented freshers with an exceptional design portfolio will also be considered.
- Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to confidently mentor students.
