About the Role

Vidyakul Learning Space Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Studio Operator to manage studio operations and provide complete technical support for live and recorded classes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, uninterrupted studio operations so that faculty members can focus entirely on teaching without facing any technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the studio before every live or recorded class.
- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, computers, monitors, and other studio equipment.
- Start, monitor, and manage live streaming sessions on designated platforms.
- Ensure uninterrupted live classes with high-quality audio and video.
- Provide real-time technical support to faculty during classes.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, audio, and video issues promptly.
- Test all studio equipment and internet connectivity before each session.
- Record classes and ensure recordings are properly saved and organized.
- Monitor stream quality and resolve any technical interruptions immediately.
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure timely execution of scheduled classes.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of studio equipment.
- Report equipment faults and coordinate repairs when required.
- Maintain studio cleanliness,



organization, and readiness for daily operations.
- Follow studio SOPs and maintain operational logs and reports.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of studio operations and live streaming.
- Understanding of cameras, microphones, lighting, audio, and video equipment.
- Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of internet connectivity and basic networking.
- Familiarity with streaming software (OBS or similar tools) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during live sessions.
- Attention to detail and time management.

Qualifications

- Graduation
- CCC (Required), O-Level, ADCA
- Media, IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in studio operations, live streaming, AV support, or technical support.
