Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect – Tosca Test Automation to lead and drive enterprise-wide test automation initiatives within an SAP S/4 HANA environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Tosca, automation strategy, and SAP testing, along with strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Define and implement end-to-end test automation strategy using Tosca
- Architect scalable and reusable automation frameworks for SAP S/4 HANA programs
- Lead test planning, design, and execution across multiple SAP modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



functional consultants, and delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Drive test data management, risk-based testing, and model-based testing approaches
- Integrate Tosca with tools like qTest, LiveCompare, CI/CD pipelines
- Establish and govern QA best practices, standards, and KPIs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA and automation teams
- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and quality assurance governance

Required Skills & Competencies:

- - 15–20 years of experience in QA / Test Automation, with strong architecture experience
- Hands-on expertise in Tosca (Automation, Test Design, Execution)
- Robust experience in SAP S/4 HANA testing (any module such as FICO, MM, SD, etc.)
- Proven ability to design automation frameworks and enterprise test strategies
- Experience with end-to-end testing, regression, integration, and UAT support
- Familiarity with test management and CI/CD tools (qTest, JIRA, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Agile / DevOps environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
