Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end order management — from sampling to shipment
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers & production/QA teams
- Follow up on order status, fabric sourcing & production timelines
- Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) calendars
- Support costing, quotations & buyer communication
- Track sample development & approvals (lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples)
- Maintain order files, documentation & shipment records
- Coordinate with logistics for on-time dispatch
- Assist senior merchandisers with vendor negotiations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Textiles, Fashion, or related field
- Basic knowledge of textile processes, fabrics & home furnishing products
- Valuable communication & coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Willingness to learn and multitask
- Prior internship/experience in a textile export house preferred
- Preferred Background: Home furnishing / textile export industry
