Job Description – Interior Factory Manager

Job Location: Near BIT College play ground, Bantala, Kolkata.
Position: Interior Factory Manager
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Department: Production & Quality Control.

Preferred Candidate:

A technically skilled AutoCAD Designer with strong Civil Engineering fundamentals and practical domain knowledge of interior design and construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily wooden furniture production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and consistency
- Lead, supervise, and schedule factory production teams; manage team performance
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high production standards
- Meet and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and timelines
- Maintain factory machinery and ensure all equipment and tools are in safe and working condition
- Coordinate with design and project teams to align production with project requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, working drawings, layouts, and furniture drawings along with 3D development software (3Ds Max or Sketchup).
- Develop drawings based on architectural and interior design concepts using 2D/3D relevant software.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and other departments.




- Make necessary revisions and updates to drawings as per project requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and comply with project specifications.
- Support site teams by providing required drawings and technical details.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings.
- Should be able to visit sites and take measurements.

Mandatory Requirements

- Degree/diploma is mandatory in Interior field with Prior experience.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting/designing.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and related design/drafting software.
- Domain knowledge of Interior Design and furniture drawings is mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements, dimensions, materials, and construction details.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
