Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payment recovery, maintaining accurate collection records, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
- Manage and track outstanding receivables and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments and collection status.
- Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams for payment follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment schedules.
- Resolve customer queries and discrepancies related to payments and invoices.
- Regularly update collection status and prepare collection reports.




- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Escalate long-pending or critical payment issues to management.
- Perform regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in collection, recovery, accounts receivable, or payment follow-up.
- Experience in B2B collections or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
