Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive (B2B) to generate qualified business opportunities, engage with prospective customers, and support the sales team in expanding our presence in the electronics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management, preferably in electronics, EMS, OEM, or industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products and manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers for closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and commercial teams to provide timely responses to customer queries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Support exhibitions, trade fairs,



and marketing campaigns for lead generation.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical), BBA, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in:
- Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
- Electronic Components
- Embedded Systems
- Industrial Automation
- PCB Assembly
- Medical Devices
- Automotive Electronics

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Qualified leads generated per month
- Customer meetings/demo appointments scheduled
- Proposal-to-order conversion ratio
- Revenue generated from inside sales
- Customer response and follow-up turnaround time
- CRM data accuracy and reporting
- Achievement of monthly sales targets
