The Accessories Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of accessories related to vehicles, electronic devices, or equipment. The role ensures that all accessories are properly fitted, functioning, and meet company and customer standards.
- Install accessories (e.g., audio systems, navigation devices, seat covers, alloy wheels, safety kits, electronic gadgets) as per company and customer requirements.
- Inspect and test accessories to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Diagnose and repair faults in accessories and related wiring or components.
- Maintain records of installations, repairs, and parts used.
- Ensure all fittings and modifications comply with quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding usage and care of accessories.
- Coordinate with the sales/service team to ensure timely installation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tools, accessories, and work area
