We are hiring dynamic individuals for the Samsung Outbound Sales & Chat Process in Gurgaon. This role combines outbound sales outreach with real-time customer chat support to drive conversions and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Engage and convert leads via live chat platforms.
- Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate product solutions.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduation is mandatory).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Traits: Strong selling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

- Rotational shifts
- Shift duration: 10.5 hours (9.5 working hours + 1-hour break)
- Rotational week offs

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹22,000.00 per month (In-hand)
- Experienced: ₹25,000.00 per month (In-hand)
