We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to generate project-based sales by identifying new housing, commercial, institutional segments and renovation opportunities across the district, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and offering material solutions suited to each project’s needs.

You will engage architects, contractors, developers, home owners to generate business.

Key Responsibilities:

o Actively visit all major locations across the district to identify and track new residential, commercial, and interior renovation projects (both small-scale and large-scale)

o Meet with project owners, house owners, builders, site engineers, architects, interior designers, and contractors to present the company’s range of building and interior materials

o Gather information from field visits, referrals, and local sources (such as masons, painters, electricians) to identify early-stage projects or renovation plans

o Promote relevant product solutions (e.g., plywood, panels, laminates, hardware, adhesives, flooring, etc.) based on the type and stage of the project

o Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales

o Coordinate with procurement, dispatch,



and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing

o Maintain a daily log of visits, inquiries, quotations, customer status, and follow-ups

o Monitor competitor activity, market pricing, and customer feedback to inform strategy

o Assist in payment follow-up for project-based clients in coordination with the collection team

o Meet monthly targets for sales, recent lead generation, and client conversion

o Represent the company at local trade events, exhibitions, or networking meets when required

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

*Graduation/diploma in any discipline

*2-5 years’ experience in B2B/project sales in the building materials or interior products industry

*Strong fieldwork and local area knowledge

*Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented

*Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

*Understanding of construction and renovation project timelines

*Knowledge of products such as plywood, PVC, laminates, hardware, etc. is an added advantage

*Two-wheeler with valid driving license is essential

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
