Job Summary: Senior Merchandiser

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to assist in price negotiations and costing.
- Lead the sampling preparation and order confirmation processes.
- Maintain and manage both Sampling and Production timelines.
- Monitor product quality and production control to ensure buyers required quality is met
- Coordinate with relevant departments and internal teams to ensure the timely execution of shipments.

Desired Skills:

- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment costing, and the full merchandising process.
- Proficiency in production, product development, and costing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid computer literacy.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the garment merchandising field.
