Position: Site Engineer
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, supervising, and monitoring site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization to achieve optimum productivity.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Verify measurements and prepare work quantity reports for billing and subcontractor payments.
- Identify technical issues on site and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation, including site records, material receipts, inspection reports, and work permits.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.




- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or residential construction projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, drawings, and engineering standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
