Job Summary:

We are looking for a licensed Clinical Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy operations, including medication review, indenting, and auditing processes. The candidate will ensure safe medication practices, maintain inventory accuracy, and support compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities:

- Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and drug interactions.
- Monitor adverse drug reactions (ADR) and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication management.
- Ensure protected dispensing practices as per hospital policy.

Indenting & Inventory Management:

- Prepare medicine indents based on daily/weekly consumption.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry tracking, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain inventory records in HIS/ERP system.
- Coordinate with purchase department for timely procurement.





Auditing & Compliance:

- Assist in pharmacy stock audits and documentation audits.
- Ensure compliance with NABH and regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper records for narcotics and high-risk medications.
- Support preparation of audit reports and corrective action plans.

Qualifications:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm/ Pharm D
- Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and hospital software

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹170,000.00 per year
