Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance, resolve customer issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to Technical Issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Provide timely support via calls/email/chat
- Maintain records of issues and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue closure
Mandatory Skills:
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of computer systems.
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
