- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with operations and workshop teams for manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee records and support attendance and HR operations.
- Handle employee queries and grievances.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
