Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software implementations is a key part of your routine. You continuously refine and optimize software to meet evolving business needs, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various systems effectively.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
