Requirements Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in campus placements, or corporate relations
- Solid network with recruiters and industry partners
Desirable
- Prior experience as a Placement/Training Officer in a university or college
- Experience organizing job fairs, internships, and pre-placement training
- Familiarity with wellness/health-sciences or allied industry sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting companies and industry partners
- Organize campus placement drives, internships, and career fairs
- Coordinate pre-placement training, resume building, and mock interviews for students
- Track placement statistics and prepare periodic placement reports
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per year
