Description

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly API production activities as per the production schedule. Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, and regulatory requirements. Monitor manufacturing processes, batch yields, cycle times, and productivity. Supervise production teams across shifts and ensure optimum manpower utilization. Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, EHS, and Planning departments for smooth operations. Review and approve batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and production documentation. Investigate deviations, incidents, OOS/OOT, and implement effective CAPA. Ensure equipment qualification, cleaning verification, and preventive maintenance compliance. Drive continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste. Monitor consumption of raw materials, solvents, utilities, and process losses. Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, permit systems, PPE usage, and secure work practices.
