Position: Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

● Guide prospective students by providing accurate information about our services.

● Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

● Coordinate with internal departments for smooth student processing.

● Manage and respond to messages on our social media platforms.

● Present in short videos and promotional reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

● Assist in creating engaging content and representing the company online.

● Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.





Requirements

● Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).

● Confident on camera with good presentation skills.

● Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

● Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

● Freshers are welcome to apply.
