Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Civil -Site Supervisor

1.*Site Supervision:*

Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.

2.*Planning and Coordination:*

Plan and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment; coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

3.*Quality Assurance:*

Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

4.*Technical Support:*

Interpret and implement design drawings, construction methodologies, and technical documents.

5.*Project Documentation:*

Maintain accurate daily site reports, progress records, and as-built drawings.

6.*Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE):*

Enforce safety protocols and ensure the site complies with all HSE regulations and policies.

7.*Problem Solving:*





Identify and resolve technical or operational issues that arise during construction.

8.*Measurement & Billing:*

Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimation, and preparation of contractor bills.

9.*Stakeholder Communication:*

Liaise with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of work.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

*Experience:*

2–5 years (for junior roles) or 5–10 years (for senior roles) of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
