About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or recent graduates who are eager to learn sales, client handling, and business growth strategies in an IT services environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Support the sales team in pitching services and preparing proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings




- Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking sheets
- Follow up with prospects and support conversion activities
- Participate in client meetings and understand requirement gathering
- Prepare basic reports related to leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Skills

Positive Communication in English. Willingness to learn and grow in business development Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication

Qualification

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
- Willingness to learn and grow in business development
