Job Title: Experienced Car Washing Trainer (Doorstep Service)- Hindi Speaking

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Car Washing Trainers to train staff and oversee doorstep car cleaning services. The candidate should have hands-on experience in professional car washing techniques and the ability to train others effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train new and existing staff in professional car washing techniques
- Demonstrate proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment
- Ensure high-quality doorstep car washing service for customers
- Monitor team performance and maintain service standards
- Educate staff on water-saving and eco-friendly cleaning methods
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline among team members

Requirements:





- Proven experience in car washing/detailing
- Prior experience as a trainer or team leader is preferred
- Knowledge of different car cleaning methods (interior & exterior)
- Ability to train and manage a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel for doorstep service
