We're looking for a creative thinker who enjoys developing ideas, writing compelling content, and shaping brand communication across multiple platforms. Your Role

This role combines content writing, brand strategy, campaign planning, storytelling, and marketing ideation.

You'll work closely with the founder and marketing team to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the 8MH brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Content Planning

- Develop monthly content strategies across all marketing channels
- Create campaign concepts aligned with business goals
- Identify content opportunities around travel, hospitality, entrepreneurship, vacation rentals, property ownership and lifestyle
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all communication
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to generate fresh campaign ideas

Social Media Content

Plan and write content for:

- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Google Business Profile

Responsibilities include:

- Captions
- Carousel copy
- Reels concepts
- Hooks
- Story ideas
- Community engagement content
- Educational content
- Thought leadership content
- Founder branding content

Video Strategy & Creative Direction

Develop concepts for:

- Reels
- Short-form videos
- Long-form YouTube videos




- AI-generated videos
- Promotional campaigns

This includes:

- Script writing
- Storyboards
- Shot lists
- Creative direction notes
- Voiceover scripts
- Interview questions
- Founder videos
- Testimonial frameworks

(Actual filming/editing is handled by the creative team.)

Influencer & Creator Marketing

Help grow the brand through strategic collaborations by:

- Identifying creators, influencers, travel bloggers, photographers, filmmakers and hospitality content creators aligned with our brand
- Developing collaboration ideas and campaign concepts
- Preparing outreach messaging and collaboration briefs
- Creating campaign guidelines to ensure consistent brand communication
- Tracking campaign performance and suggesting improvements
- Building long-term relationships with creators who align with the 8MH brand

Marketing Automation Content

Create copy for:

- Email sequences
- Welcome emails
- Nurture campaigns
- Promotional campaigns
- WhatsApp sequences
- Lead nurturing journeys
- Guest communication templates

Website & Landing Pages

Write and improve content for:

- Website pages
- Property pages
- Landing pages
- Service pages
- Blogs
- FAQs
- Case studies

Sales & Offline Marketing

Develop communication material for:

- Presentations
- Networking events
- Elevator pitches
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Property decks
- Proposal content
- Sales collateral
- Event speeches
- Workshop material

AI-Assisted Content Creation

Use modern AI tools to improve productivity and creativity.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI or similar is a plus.
