Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Complex Postgresql Incidents By Analyzing Issues And Implementing Effective Troubleshooting Methodologies To Resolve Problems Efficiently.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Incidents, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Technical And Security Issues While Adhering To Quality Standards And Company Policies.
3. Engage In Knowledge Base Management By Documenting Solutions And Updates, Facilitating Training Sessions For New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Their Skills.
4. Resolve Escalated Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Maintain A Robust Security Posture.
