Job Description – Field Collection Executive

Position: Field Collection Executive

LOCATION : AMMAPET, SALEM

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned customer groups and collect loan repayments as per the repayment schedule.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
- Follow up with overdue customers and minimize loan delinquency.
- Verify customer information and report any changes or issues to the Branch Manager.
- Educate customers on repayment schedules, loan policies, and company procedures.
- Deposit collected cash as per company guidelines and maintain accurate collection records.
- Submit daily collection reports and update customer payment status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Coordinate with the branch team to achieve collection and portfolio quality targets.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Previous experience in collections, banking, NBFC,



or microfinance is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-focused.

Working Hours

- Field visits begin in the morning as per the assigned route.
- Six-day work week (as per company policy).
