About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to manage and expand sales within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, driving market penetration, achieving sales targets, and strengthening customer relationships in the tyre and automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales operations for the assigned territory.
- Appoint, develop, and support dealers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to meet dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and customer support.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely deliveries.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and MIS reports.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in the tyre, automotive, OEM, lubricant, or manufacturing industry.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

- Experience handling dealer/distributor networks.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of tyre products and the automotive aftermarket.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
