Job Title: MIS Executive (Advanced Excel)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with solid expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to manage data analysis, reporting, and MIS operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling large datasets, creating insightful dashboards, and generating accurate reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create Pivot Tables, charts, and automated reports.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Handle large datasets efficiently and generate timely reports.
- Support management with data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to work with large datasets accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with a Mathematics background will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting.
- Freshers with excellent Advanced Excel skills may also apply.
