Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that generate quality leads, maximize ROI, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google ads campaign as well as in meta ads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, also meta ads whatsapp ads, OTA ads
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including automation, API-based blasts, and lead nurturing.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets and conversion rates.
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining the target cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and web development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Ensure campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and best practices.




- Oversee daily social media posts across multiple platforms.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely publishing.

Client & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, assign tasks, and review performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with existing clients to present reports, discuss performance, and suggest new strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Assist in on boarding new clients

Strategy & Reporting:

- Develop and implement overall digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and team activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
