Core Responsibilities

- ​Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct initial assessments, monitor vital signs, and track physical and mental health status.
- ​Treatment Administration: Prepare and administer medications (oral, IV, topical) and perform wound care, catheterization, and other clinical procedures.
- ​Care Planning: Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans.
- ​Emergency Response: Identify life-threatening situations and initiate immediate life-saving protocols or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- ​Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time electronic health records (EHR) regarding patient observations, interventions, and responses.
- ​Patient Advocacy: Act as a bridge between the patient and the medical team, ensuring the patient’s needs and rights are respected.
