- The Windchill Solution Architect will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing PLM solutions using PTC Windchill

- Optimize performance security and configurations
- Integration Migration
- Architect and lead integrations between Windchill and

- Lead Windchill data migration upgrades deployment planning and cutover activities
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders engineering manufacturing and IT teams
- Provide architecture guidance during requirement analysis
- Conduct solution workshops and design reviews
- Governance Best Practices
- Establish PLM standards reusable frameworks and development guidelines
- Define best practices for Windchill customization workflows and lifecycle processes
- Conduct technical risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Technical Leadership
- Mentor development and support teams
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to design principles
- Lead implementation teams through Agile SDLC phases
