Qualification:

- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in site execution and construction projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor manpower, material, machinery, and site resources.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Verify measurements and monitor work completion.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.




- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
- Knowledge of BOQ, DPR, and quantity verification.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or warehouse construction projects.
