Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, promoting products/services, and achieving daily/weekly sales or appointment targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 80–100 outbound/Inbound calls per day to prospects, existing customers, and leads.
- Understand the product/service offerings and effectively pitch them over the phone.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/meetings for the Tele Medicine team.
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Update customer information and call logs accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Follow scripts while being flexible to handle objections and close calls successfully.
- Conduct follow-up calls.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.




- Provide regular reports on call volume, conversion rates, and feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English + Hindi.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, internet).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome; prior telecalling/BPO experience is a big advantage.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
