Key Responsibilities

Editorial Strategy & Magazine Management

- Take end-to-end responsibility for planning and executing each edition of Blueocean Healthnext.
- Develop annual and issue-wise editorial calendars.
- Identify relevant healthcare trends, stories, themes and industry developments.
- Plan cover stories, special features, interviews and expert columns.
- Ensure timely completion of content, editing, design and publication.

Healthcare Leadership & Industry Engagement

- Identify and engage Hospital CEOs, Directors, Doctors, KOLs, Healthcare Entrepreneurs and Industry Leaders for interviews and contributions.
- Build relationships with Hospitals, MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare IT, Educational Institutions and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Coordinate thought-leadership articles and expert contributions.
- Conduct and coordinate leadership interviews for print, digital and multimedia platforms.

Content Management

- Commission, review, edit and proofread articles and interviews.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, originality and consistency of editorial content.
- Coordinate with writers, contributors and subject-matter experts.
- Maintain the editorial tone and positioning of Blueocean Healthnext.

Print & Digital Publication

- Coordinate with graphic designers for magazine layouts,



cover pages and final publication.
- Work with the printing and production teams for timely release of each issue.
- Coordinate publication of articles and features on the Blueocean Healthnext website.
- Ensure effective integration between Print Magazine, Website, Social Media and Digital Content.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

- 4–8 years of experience in Journalism, Editorial, Publishing, B2B Media or Healthcare Media.
- Previous exposure to Healthcare, Hospitals, Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices or Healthcare IT is strongly preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Robust editing, proofreading and storytelling skills.
- Experience conducting interviews with senior professionals and industry leaders.
- Understanding of both print and digital publishing.
- Ability to independently manage an editorial calendar and publication deadlines.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate simultaneously with writers, designers, digital teams and external contributors.
- Existing relationships within the healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,233.50 - ₹43,215.31 per month
