Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues. Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform backups, manage DNS settings for domain controllers.
- Configure VMware virtualization environment for server OS installations.




Troubleshoot Active Directory issues related to user accounts, group policies, and permissions.

- Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of Windows System Administration tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/laptop computers.
- Proficiency in performing backups and resolving complex technical issues.
- Must be proficient in English and Hindi both.
