We're on the lookout for a seasoned Indirect Tax professional to lead advisory, compliance, and litigation mandates across GST and other indirect tax regulations. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead a team through complex, high-stakes engagements.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver advisory, compliance, and litigation support across GST, Customs Duty, Excise, Service Tax, VAT/Sales Tax, Entertainment Tax, and Foreign Trade Policy
- Guide clients on the indirect tax impact of business transactions, restructuring, and planning
- Help clients build strong internal tax controls, compliance workflows, and governance practices
- Spot opportunities for indirect tax efficiency and recommend practical strategies
- Run indirect tax reviews and risk assessments, flagging areas that need attention
- Represent and support clients through GST audits, assessments, notices, appeals, and broader litigation
- Roll out indirect tax solutions that keep clients aligned with evolving regulations




- Build lasting client relationships by getting under the hood of their business and offering solutions that actually work
- Work closely with engagement managers and partners to plan and deliver assignments smoothly
- Coach and manage junior team members, reviewing their output for quality
- Keep pace with the latest legislative and judicial developments in indirect tax

What you bring:

- CA / CMA / LLB or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Taxation
- Solid grounding in GST, Customs, Excise, Service Tax, VAT/Sales Tax, and related advisory work
- Hands-on experience with litigation, audits, assessments, and compliance
- Solid analytical, drafting, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple engagements at once
- Comfortable leading teams and working under deadline pressure

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
