Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service activities
- Schedule and support service engineers for customer visits
- Handle customer service requests and provide timely updates
- Maintain service reports, job cards, MIS, and service documentation
- Coordinate with stores for spare parts and with finance for service billing
- Track AMC schedules and preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and adherence to service processes

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Service Coordination, Service Operations, or Customer Support
- Exposure to Industrial Machinery, Automation, Instrumentation, Calibration, or Test & Measurement
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and service management tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience:

3–6 Years

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering




- Candidates with relevant industry experience in service coordination will also be considered

Preferred Industry Background:

- Calibration Laboratories (NABL Accredited)
- Testing & Certification Organizations
- Industrial Instrumentation Companies

Preferred Companies:

TUV SUD, TÜV Rheinland, SGS India, Intertek, UL Solutions, WIKA Instruments, Endress+Hauser, Yokogawa, Emerson, National Instruments, Fluke Calibration, Tektronix, Keysight Technologies, Ralco Synergy, Accurate Calibration & Instruments, and other NABL-accredited Calibration Laboratories.
