Job Role: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, manage developer relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales execution.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales closures for ongoing real estate projects Manage and lead a team of sales executives/advisors Build robust relationships with developers and maintain inventory pipeline Handle HNI clients and ensure high conversion rates Plan and execute site visits, client meetings,
and follow-ups Track team performance and ensure achievement of targets Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns Maintain CRM, sales reports, and MIS
Candidate Requirements: 5–10 years experience in real estate sales (channel partner preferred) Strong closing skills and client handling experience Proven track record of achieving targets Team handling experience is mandatory Excellent communication and negotiation skills
