Job Title:Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Infrastructure

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10–15+ years of leadership experience in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, business development, and organizational leadership.
- Robust understanding of construction project management, banking, government regulations, and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Revenue and profitability growth.
- Business expansion and client acquisition.
- Project delivery performance.
- Cash flow and financial health.

Role Summary:

The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic vision while overseeing all business functions, including operations, finance, business development, human resources, legal compliance, government relations, and corporate growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and extensive experience in the construction or real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Development

- Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to support business growth and innovation

Financial Leadership

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.




- Evaluate project profitability, pricing strategies, and return on investment (ROI).
- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive operational efficiency and sustainable profitability.

Fund Raising & Banking

- Develop strategies to raise capital through banks, financial institutions, investors, and other funding sources.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
- Oversee financing for projects and business expansion initiatives

Operations & Project Oversight

- Monitor overall business performance and ensure timely delivery of construction projects.
- Establish performance metrics, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across all business functions.

Human Resources & Organizational Development

- Lead talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Implement employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.

Legal, Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor changes in government policies affecting the construction sector.
- Strengthen corporate governance and risk management practices

Government & Corporate Relations

- Analyse government policies, infrastructure initiatives, and regulatory developments.
- Build strategic relationships with government departments, industry bodies, consultants, and business partners.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry forums.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
