Job Description: SAP S/4HANA FICO Techno-Functional Consultant (6–8 Years)

Title: Domain Consultant – SAP FICO

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Techno-Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of relevant experience to lead implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions. The role requires a balance of strong functional expertise in Finance and hands-on techno-functional capabilities in S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Configure and support key FICO modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA – New AA in S/4HANA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profitability Analysis (COPA – especially Account-based COPA)
- S/4HANA Integration with HIS
- Support financial closing (month-end, year-end) and reporting processes
- Be a trusted partner to business teams and ensure compliance with regulations

Technical / Techno-Functional Responsibilities

- Work on WRICEF objects:
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with partners on Technical Specifications (TS)
- Support data migration using:
- Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM)
- Legacy system data conversion
- Experience in integration design / APIs / middleware (CPI preferred)

Integration & Ecosystem Exposure





- Strong understanding of integrations with MM (Procure-to-Pay)
- Prior integration experience with HIS will be an added advantage

Support & Governance

- Provide L2/L3 production support with SLA adherence
- Handle incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Support audit, compliance, and internal control processes
- Drive documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO)
- Deep understanding of:
- Universal Journal architecture
- New Asset Accounting
- COPA (Account-based preferred)
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation / migration projects
- Good exposure to integration frameworks (APIs, middleware)
- Working knowledge of ABAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience

- 6–8 years of SAP FICO experience with minimum 1–2 S/4HANA implementations
- Exposure to CPI integrations
- Graduate/Postgraduate in:
- Commerce / Finance / Accounting / MBA (Finance preferred)

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in a highly dynamic environment
- Structured, process-driven mindset

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
