Job Summary

Fiestro Events and Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, with a strong focus on hiring and managing technical talent. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical recruitment, HR strategy, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Negotiate salary offers and manage the complete hiring process.
- HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding.

Performance Management

- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in performance improvement plans.
- Drive employee development and succession planning.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage HRMS, attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
