We are looking for a passionate and motivated Trainee Producer to join our creative team.

Our organization specializes in producing high-quality content for Indian Army and Government projects. If you're enthusiastic about storytelling, media production, and creating impactful content that serves the nation, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating video and multimedia productions.
- Support pre-production activities, including research, scripting, scheduling, and logistics.
- Coordinate with creative teams, editors, designers, and production crew.
- Assist during video shoots and on-ground project execution.
- Manage project timelines and production documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Learn and contribute to the complete production workflow from concept to final delivery.

Who We're Looking For

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Event Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.




- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Passion for video production, digital content, and creative storytelling.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
