We are looking for a creative and reliable designer to support our overseas teams across donor communication, fundraising, campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate should be able to turn ideas into clear, engaging designs for both digital and print.

Skills & Competencies

Strong design skills

Ability to create mailers, social media posts, and campaign creatives

Basic understanding of website design (landing pages, banners, etc.)

Ability to create simple videos or edit project films

Valuable sense of visual storytelling and consistency across platforms.

Experience

Experience working on digital campaigns and social media

Experience supporting events with design (online and offline materials)

Comfortable working with different teams like IT, agencies, and printers

Experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or social impact work is a plus.

What the Role Involves

Designing mailers, social media creatives, and campaign materials

Supporting fundraising campaigns (including landing pages and online platforms)

Creating designs for events, including a annual galas

Helping with website visuals in coordination with IT teams

Creating videos and other donor communication materials

Coordinating with vendors for print and production

Working Style

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexible and willing to work across time zones (including evening calls twice a week)

CRY America work mainly involves:

Creating mailers





Fundraising campaigns- conceptualizing, social media, landing page, pages on 3rd party platforms.

Website- Landing page design visualization and input, banners, project page assets

Video- project films

Events- 5 big events around 5 to 6 smaller events- concept and designs for online and offline material

Gala- our biggest event of the year. This involves dedicated time and effort for over 3 months of the year. Website pages, PPTs, online material, venue material, Ads, videos, mailers.

Coordinating with IT and agencies for website related work

Coordinating with printers

Availability for Monday and Thursday calls at 8:30pm along with the CRY America team.

CRY UK work mainly involves:

Creating mailers- concepts and designs

Social media creatives and campaigns, reels

Fundraising campaigns- website and crowdfunding platforms

Events- Creating material and coordinating with vendors for prints

Work with IT for website related work

CRY GOPS work mainly involves:

Special day creatives

Mailers, campaign flyers

Donor communication- videos, mailers

Overall the designer is considered a part of the core team and the work of CRY Overseas Comms, beyond creating design and content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹894,000.00 per year
