Job Summary:The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing overall warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch of goods. The role ensures efficient warehouse processes, accurate stock management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams for replenishment.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient operations.




- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Prepare inventory and operational reports for management review.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
