Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for inquiries and order execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and accounts departments.
- Generate sales reports and maintain MIS.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing tenders and other sales-related documents.
- Ensure timely order processing and customer support.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or any graduate).
- 1–3 years of experience in Back Office Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
