Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in various systems and databases. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entering it into the system.
- Review and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
- Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner.
- Prepare reports and documents as required by the management.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update required information.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Complete assigned tasks within the specified timelines.
- Support administrative and operational activities whenever required.

Required Skills





- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with data entry software and databases is an advantage.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas, filters, and data management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹4,000.00 per month
