ETOS Technology Private Limited is an innovative electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing company focused on designing and producing reliable, efficient, and sustainable electric mobility solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our growing finance and accounting operations while ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and efficient cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Process vendor invoices, purchase bills, and customer invoices.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash books.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation in coordination with consultants.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Monitor company expenses and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial dashboards.
- Track receivables, follow up on customer payments, and maintain payment schedules.
- Coordinate vendor payments and maintain payment records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Maintain inventory valuation and financial records related to procurement and manufacturing.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and financial compliance activities.
- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Work closely with procurement, production, HR, and management teams to support business operations.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, or CMA (Inter) will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounts. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial integrity.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and product costing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Understanding of budgeting and cash flow management.
