Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in clients and existing members in a courteous and skilled manner
- Provide accurate information about gym facilities, services, and membership plans
- Convert walk-in and telephonic inquiries into active memberships
- Handle incoming calls, follow-ups, and customer queries efficiently
- Maintain member records, daily sales reports, and activity logs
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure the front office remains well-organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable appearance with a confident and positive personality
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, emails)
- Can work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
