Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in renewable energy project management and be capable of handling projects from planning through commissioning while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Commercial & Industrial solar projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and monitor project progress.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and agreed timelines.
- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor procurement, material delivery, and installation activities.
- Resolve project-related technical and operational challenges.
- Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management and clients.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Renewable Energy sector, preferably in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar project execution, EPC operations, and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling multiple solar projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on schedule.
